Coronavirus (COVID-19) Closures and Cancellations-In Store Appointments Now Available

As a locally owned, family-run business, we pride ourselves on offering a superior shopping experience for our customers. As always, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. At this time, we want to let you all know that due to mandatory government restrictions we have had to close all Catalog Outlet locations beginning on Saturday, March 21st and we will remain closed until such time that the government lifts these mandatory restrictions. This means that we will be unable to deliver orders, receive in orders from vendors, or process new orders (except on our website). We would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to both our customers with existing orders and new customers looking to place special orders. If you would like to place an order that contains in stock goods using our website to take advantage of our curbside pickup service, please read that section below.
Existing Order Deliveries/Curbside Pick-UPs:
If you are scheduled for a delivery (or are waiting to pick-up) sometime after Saturday, March 21st your delivery/pick-up will have been postponed. As of Monday, May 4th, we are now accepting curbside pickups and offering curbside delivery for existing orders and new website orders (see below). This will only apply to orders that are in stock as we are still unable to get product from a large majority of our vendors. If you have an existing order or new website order you will be contacted with the details regarding when your order will be ready for this curbside pickup service. If you have an order and have not heard from us regarding it, please don’t hesitate to contact us using our website.
Existing Special Orders:
Please be aware that due to the closure of factories, warehouses, and shipping companies throughout the U.S and overseas; that if you have placed a special order with us that has not yet been fulfilled, your special order may be delayed even past our reopening date. We will be working with our vendors to make receiving in already sold special orders a priority and we ask for your understanding and patience. New Website Orders & Curbside Pickup/Curbside Delivery:
Please know that we are always here to serve you via our website, Facebook Page, or via our email inquiry line. Our website shows all of our in-store product along with hundreds of items that can be ordered from our vendors and is fully capable of accepting both orders and financing applications. If you wish to purchase via our website, please note that your order may be delayed past the time frame listed if it is a special-order item. If your item(s) are in stock, you will be able to pick up your order using our curbside pickup service or you can pay to have us deliver your item(s) curbside on your porch, in your garage, etc. however our delivery team cannot enter your home. To take advantage of this service simply place your order online and you will be contacted to setup a pickup window.
